Holley leads the SWIVEL Client Support team which is responsible for providing timely and effective solutions with a client-centric approach that ensures personalized and responsive interactions and efficient communication channels to address inquiries and concerns. Her team collaborates seamlessly with cross-divisional teams, with the ultimate goal of providing the most Amazing client experience, so clients can focus on their business – ultimately fostering account holders’ satisfaction and loyalty.
Holley’s financial services industry experience spans over three decades. Her foundation started in the management program at Ford Credit. She joined SWBC in 2009 as a Collections manager. In 2012, she transitioned to SWBC Payments and established the Payments Client Support team. In 2022, Holley transitioned to the newly formed division of SWBC, SWIVEL, where she continues to build and lead an exceptional team focused on exceeding the expectations of our clients.
